Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens when I exceed my contact or send limits?
We'll notify you at 80% of your limit. You can purchase a one-time overage pack or upgrade to the next plan. We never hard-stop a running campaign.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes — Growth plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Scale plans get a custom pilot period arranged with your account team.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days if you're not satisfied — no questions asked.
What's included in the Scale plan?
